If the products purchased from the "Sadece Kapi" site are in Istanbul, they are delivered to the address together with the assembly service. If outside of Istanbul; In wholesale sales, shipping is provided, and in retail sales, shipping is provided by counter-paid warehouse.

We do not have a payment system at the door. You can make the payment by wire transfer or EFT to the bank accounts specified on the "Sadece Kapi" site, or by credit card.

If there is an unconditional return of the product at the time of delivery (see our returns page), shipping costs and other costs belong to the customer.

If the delivery address is given incorrectly by the customer, the return costs and other costs belong to the customer.

In case of damaged package; Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo Company official. If the Cargo Company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, the buyer has the right to open the package and check that the products were delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the Cargo Company has fulfilled its duty. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to the Seller Customer Services as soon as possible, with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer's possession.
