Laminate Material and Laminate Door

It is a material that is adhered by automatic glue spraying process called postforming, has increased abrasion resistance, antibacterial and hygienic, and has a wide color option. It is known that it is used in many fields and produced according to technical specifications. It is possible to see it on school desks, table tops, kitchen and bathroom benches, lockers, doors of hotels, hospitals and public buildings and many more.

Laminate is produced in 2 ways.

1- HPL
Also in postforming feature, it is produced for surfaces in 0.5mm and 1.20mm thicknesses and different sizes. It is produced by pressing for 60-70 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees with a pressure of 120-120kg/m² after a process called impregnation on papers with different properties. This process ensures that the pores are completely closed and that it is antibacterial by preventing the formation of bacteria.

2-CPL
It is the surface that has the postforming feature as in the HPL system and is produced differently in rolls. It is known to be produced at a temperature and pressure of 170 degrees between steel bands after the impregnation system is finished. It is produced between 0.3mm and 1mm thickness. Its production in rolls enables the companies that produce doors to produce more efficiently without wasting.

Information:
Postforming: It is the process of spraying glue in automatic machines by shaping the laminate material by heat transfer.
Impregnation: It means that some chemical substances are impregnated on the entire surface of the wood with high pressure. All pores are closed, water permeability and bacteria formation are prevented.
